The marketing department annual meeting of Shenzhen Encom Electric Technologies Co., Ltd was held during Jan. 12th -15th, 2008 in Shenzhen. The annual meeting which was presided over by director of the Marketing Dept. lasted 4 days. There were 26 persons present at the conference, including general manager Mr. Hong Shen, 11 marketing managers in branch office outside Shenzhen, international trade department and other Dept. principals in Great Marketing Dept.

General manager Mr. Shen reviewed company development and market deploitation situation in 2007 at first. He said, in the past 2007, Encom’s market share and reputation in the line is raising steadily through innovation of management and product quality, and the achievement is worth to be affirmed. In the mean time, Mr. Shen indicated market orientation of 2008 by analyzing development status and trend of inverter line, and announced integral development strategy in 2008. Each marketing member in domestic sales and foreign trade also made a working report, in which they summarized work in 2007 and fixed on development aim of 2008 according to the integral development strategy.  

At the end of agenda in JAN.15th, there was a meeting between Marketing Dept. and leaders of our company. The leaders of headquarters and factory listened to suggestions and requirements from the Marketing Dept. staffs, analyzed every issue and provided operable solutions. At last all meeting members got common opinion: in the new year, all other departments will communicate closely with the Marketing Dept., and try their best to support the Marketing Dept. in purchasing, production, quality control and logistics etc.
